After many years in retail management, I was able to semi-retire. With extra time on my hands, I entered the world of photography. With the help of photographer friends, I began my journey. My main passion was bird photography. When you "get" that perfect shot that shows all of the amazing feathering textures and colors of the bird it is exciting!

As a beginner, I was convinced to get a better camera. Of course, once I was "hooked" on photography, I began to expand my options (i.e. different lenses). As I experimented with the different lenses, I began to expand my repertoire. Over the past few years I have experimented with macro, wide angle, long lenses, and infrared photography. On my website you will see representations of what I consider to be my best work. My images are available in your preferred medium and most can be produced in any size.
