This painted fish wall hanging will brighten your coastal decor.  She is a Grouper named "Stephanie". Pink, aqua and orange are her colors. Stephanie is made from a 3/4" pine plank. When painting the fish I actually start with black and add several layers of colorful acrylic paint.  Stephanie's eye is a glass bead layered with a bottle cap. I make the glass bead using a torch and it is kiln annealed for strength. Each bead is one-of-a-kind. A clear protective top coat has been applied so Stephanie can hang inside or outside under cover. All of my Timber Fish are signed, numbered and have a wire on the back for ease of hanging. Stephanie the Grouper measures 9" x 30" x 3/4”.
